The following information contains the mandatory information required by law on provider identification and important legal information about the Scale-up.NRW website. Scale-up.NRW is the scaling program of the Ministry of Economics, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, with which it completes its already extensive range of funding for start-ups and supports start-ups in internationally oriented growth in the later development phase.

As part of this assignment, Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rheinland GmbH and Start2 Group GmbH are providers of this online service in accordance with Section 5 Telemedia Act (TMG) and Section 2.3 Service Information Requirements Ordinance (DL-InfoV) and Section 55 State Broadcasting Agreement (RStV).
